“The Invisible World reveals to us her Truth within its silence.”
― Jacqueline Ripstein,
Oracles have always been within the realm of women to interpret the sacred messages of the Divine. During classical antiquity, priestesses in the sacred grove interpreted the rustling of the oak leaves to divine the future. According to a new interpretation, the oracular sound originated from bronze objects hanging from oak branches and sounded with the wind blowing, similar to a wind chime. In China the clarity that came from divination was called the "light of the gods", and brought the individual soul into harmony with the cosmos. Whether by dust or fire, birds or scrying, there are at least as many ways to divine the messages of this invisible realm as there are phenomenons beyond them.
But what has become of this gift? Or have we merely ceased to hear?
The Prophetess is a reminder of the inward treasures that lie dormant and waiting for reclamation. She is an invitation in a time where the intuitive way is beginning to just emerge.
Your wings are silver, perhaps barely visible, but they are there. The light of spirit surrounds you to guide you through the darkness. And you bear an invisible mark which marks you as a daughter, as a gifted one. As a prophetess.
"That we know, without knowing that we know."
She who has ears, let her hear.
